Terms of Services and booking conditions:
– Rental contract optional, available on request
– All reservations are definite one month in advance
– Invoices issued at the beginning of each month, for the current month
– Electronic bookings via our website are conditioned by the actual availability and subject to validation by our team
– The extra “cancelable reservation” allows the tenant to cancel his reservation less than one month in advance
